What’s your shipping policy?

I offer shipping to the US and Canada. Both US and Canadian shipping are handled by the USPS. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once your package is processed by me. Please keep in mind I’m a one person operation so packages can take up to a week to ship after your order.

Because of the expense I currently don’t offer any international shipping besides Canada, but if I get enough interest that may change! So please let me know if you’re overseas and would like me to consider shipping to your country.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

All sales are final. If you receive damaged or defective products please let me know within 30 days so I can issue a replacement.

What is risograph?

Risograph marries the efficiency of a conventional printer with the artistry of screen printing. You may notices smudges, track marks, misalignments or other slight variations on your riso prints. That’s part of the process and what I think makes riso so special!
