What’s your shipping policy?

UPDATE: Due to the evolving tariff situation I am currently only shipping within the United States. Please check back for updates on when international shipping will be available again.

Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once your package is processed. Please keep in mind I’m a one person operation so packages can take up to a week to ship after your order. Domestic shipping takes about five business days, while international shipping can take up to fifteen days so please plan accordingly.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

All sales are final. If you receive damaged or defective products please let me know within 30 days so I can issue a replacement. You may be asked to pay for additional shipping.

What is risograph?

Risograph marries the efficiency of a conventional printer with the artistry of screen printing. You may notices smudges, marks, misalignments or other slight variations on your riso prints. That’s part of the process and what makes riso so special!
